Un hombre puede concluir el matrimonio por sí mismo

Tercera pregunta de la fatwa N°11045 Pregunta 3: ¿Está permitido que un hombre concluya su contrato de matrimonio por sí  mismo? Respuesta 3: Sí, está permitido para un hombre concluir su propio contrato de matrimonio. Si, por  ejemplo, elwali (tutor legal) de la mujer le dice al novio: "Te ofrezco mi hija tal y tal en matrimonio",  y el novio responde: "Acepto", entonces el contrato de matrimonio será válido, siempre y cuando  ocurra en presencia de dos testigos calificados ¡Que Allah nos conceda el éxito!¡Que Allah bendiga a nuestro profeta Muhammad, su Familia y sus  Compañeros!
